Soundsport Wireless "IPhone Lost" everytime trying to play music

Soundsport Wireless headphones pair fine and work on phone but as soon as starting any music, the connection is lost and immediately re-established over and over.  It never plays music.  I have the latest version of the connect app, my firmwear is 3.0.4, I am running IOS 13.3.1.  None of the reset information already out there works.  You have already sent me a replacement set of headphones for this issue and same thing.  Very frustrating and a waste of a lot of time!

Sorry that you are having this experience when trying to play audio to your SoundSport Wireless headphones. This is very bizarre, especially that this has occurred with two sets of these headphones. 


Can you try connecting your headphones to another device to see if you get the same results?


What streaming platforms are you using to play music?
