I'm sorry to hear of the unusual issue you're experiencing with the SoundSport Wireless headphones and would be happy to look into this for you 😊.
Firstly, can I ask that you take off the ear-tip, and try applying a bit of pressure to the ear-tip to see if you experience the same issue? If so, this may be an indicator of a loose or damaged connection. If this is the case, I would advise you click here, select your country/region and navigate to "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
If you are able to apply pressure and still play this, can I ask that you try covering the speaker port gently with a finger and see if you can hear or feel the system when this is playing then? If so, again, I would advise that you reach out to local support for service!
