Soundsport wireless mic is not working

The mic on the headphones stop working, I had restarting the device and I also connected to a different phone and the problem continues. I can listen music, control the music reproduction, answer a call but my voice can not be listen on the other end of the call.

Thanks for trying that out, sorry to hear the issue persists.  I think at this point your best option is to reach out to customer support, you can use this link.  Just select your country and scroll down to where you see "contact us".  Support will be able to help you out from there.

Hey Cristina!

 

Thanks so much for reaching out to the community!  I'm sorry to hear that your mic isn't working.   I have a couple troubleshooting steps that we can try, let's reset the headphones:

 

  1. Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds.
  2. Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on).
  3. Unplug USB cord from headset and wait 1 minute.
  4. Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.

When I call someone they are not able to hear my voice

Hi,

 

I have recently purchased "Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones (Black)"

 

I am currently facing an issue where, when i call someone they are not able to hear my voice, but i am able to hear them very clearly.

But when i receive call from someone, we are both able to hear each other perfectly.

 

Everything else like Music is also working fine.

 

Please help as this is getting really irritating.

I am using this with Oneplus5T .

Thank you for posting to the community. Sorry for the trouble you're having! 

 

Have you tried removing the headphones from the phone, clear the Bluetooth pairing list on the headphones, and try to re-pair? 

 

 

Are you able to test the headphones with another phone? This is just for troubleshooting purposes so that we can narrow down the source of the issue.

Just download the new software directly from the site, not from the app.

I have the same problem:

When I sent the product to Bose customer service  in Chile they changed it.  But, now 6 six month later aproximatly I have the same problem again

  • Have you updated the headphones to the latest software?

I also have same problem, also sound quality too bad than before.  

All software update done from my side
