Hi,
I have recently purchased "Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones (Black)"
I am currently facing an issue where, when i call someone they are not able to hear my voice, but i am able to hear them very clearly.
But when i receive call from someone, we are both able to hear each other perfectly.
Everything else like Music is also working fine.
Please help as this is getting really irritating.
I am using this with Oneplus5T .

Have you tried removing the headphones from the phone, clear the Bluetooth pairing list on the headphones, and try to re-pair?
Are you able to test the headphones with another phone? This is just for troubleshooting purposes so that we can narrow down the source of the issue.

Just download the new software directly from the site, not from the app.

When I sent the product to Bose customer service in Chile they changed it. But, now 6 six month later aproximatly I have the same problem again
