Product: Soundtrue Ultra for Android (discontinued I think)
I have been trying to use the Soundtrue Ultra microphone on my laptop so I can speak to friends, but it won't work. The issue is that the laptop does not recognize the Soundtrue Ultra as an audio input device - it only gives the option to use it for audio output. Is there something I need to do so that I can use these headphones to talk on my laptop?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your microphone.
To be able to use the built in microphone on the headphones, the headphone output on the laptop needs to support microphone inputs. Not all laptops support this. To be sure, please reach out to the manufacturer of the computer to be sure.
Please be aware that if you are using a Mac, the Android version will not be fully compatible, only the earbuds will work, not in-line controls.
