Are you located inside of the USA? If you are not you won't be able to make the purchase, you will need to purchase from your regional Bose store here.

yes i am not in the US but i am sending it to an Address in the US :
The website is saying that he cannot recognize the part of
this is the right address, i have shipped lots of things last year to this address with no problems at all.

Maybe the website is auto detecting your ip address and realises you're not in the states.
Just a suggestion as i have had trouble in the past myself on other websites.
