The left earphone of my SoundTrue Ultra stopped working

The cable doesn't seem damaged, actually, I sewed around it so it wouldn't tangled or break after much usage. They served me well for three years, but then the left earphone stopped working. I really like them, and I wish to repair them instead of your replacing them in order to generate less trash.

I'm from Mexico, so I don't know how the repair service work here. I hope someone can help me.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear that your left earphone no longer appears to be working. 

 

Does this persists with all devices? This way we can see whether or not this is an isolated issue. 

 

Can you let us know if these are the in ear or around ear SoundTrue headphones?
