Using Bose Noise Cancelling earbuds on iPhone XS

I just upgraded from my old iPhone SE to an iPhone XS. I can no longer connect my Bose Noise-Cancelling ear buds! Is there a converter plug that I can use?

Hello, and welcome to the Bose Community.

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you've had with our products and would be happy to help.

From the way you have described this, I'm assuming that the headphones you have are our QC20 headphones, or another wired headphones with an AUX port. If this is not the case, please let me know!

While such an adapter is not available from Bose, these can be bought from 3rd parties or from Apple directly. The item you're looking for is a Lightning to AUX adapter.

I hope this helps, and please return to me with any questions!
