I purchased a pair of soundsport wireless headphones in Jan 2018 in Waikiki Hawaii. Battery is playing up and online enquiry confirmed they were covered under warranty and directed me to a screen to organize replacement. Unfortunately I live in New Zealand and web site does not allow posting to a non us address. I am in Waikiki until Saturday when I return to nz. What is the process for getting these replaced given I live in nz but purchased in Hawaii?
