Thank you for getting back to us! While the Community is a place for troubleshooting and discussion, we aren't able to help with service options here.

If you are having trouble reaching out to the local support team, you could try contacting the Facebook or Twitter support platforms.

However, I must stress that they will not be able to help with services in your area but they might be able to escalate your situation to a team who can.

I hope this helps.

Hey Dinu3110,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear that the plastic around your earbuds has begun to peel, this isn't something you should be experiencing.

Please reach out to Bose India via the Contact Us page here, the team will be able to assist you with service options for your product.

Re: Wear off rubber button strip around right ear bud of soundsport free

I have contacted the support team, but have not heard any available options and it has been almost month and have not received any reply from the team after multiple follow ups. Could you please help me resolve my issue and it is actually making me not to use the earbuds since the wear and tear of the rubber is becoming worse as the usage increases.
