Where is my money ?

Dears from Bose, 
 
I hope this message finds your well, 
 
I'm from Saudi Arabia and I have bought Airbus product from your store (order registered on my work email (removed by moderator) and I need to know where is it now and what is the next step as I've seen the shipment in UPS  has been returned to the sender in UK without valid justification while I'm waiting for it !
 
I've tried all other ways to close this case through here in community and through Bose@info 
Moreover. I've sent to local support with no response yet,
 
Please is there any body to help in this!

Return Issue

Hey there!

 

I have ordered earbuds then I've sent an email to cancel this order as I'm waiting for the new one.However, my shipment has been returned to you from UPS and I need my shipment to continue its track way as I decided to gift it for my sister. please resend it.

I need to know where is my shipment ! as I received from UPS an email today that my shipment has been returned !

please don't send me a lecture on privacy and instruct me to visit that page to choose my location in UAE as I from Saudi Arabia.

 

I have bought my product from United Kingdom page!

You'll need to contact support in whichever country you are currently located in, regardless of where you made the purchase. 

 

We cannot assist with order issues through the Bose Community.

What shall I do if you don't have Saudi Arabia choice 

 

You only have UAE 

 

I have paid for you from my Visa!?

 

why you deduct my money so, if I not have VIP blue blood !?

I don't know why you instruct me to contact the local support in middle east while my shipment has been returned back from your side !

 

It is not logic !

I've already sent to my local support two days ago with no response !

 

I bought this product directly from Bose in UK and my money has been deducted with no shipping !

 

So what I shall do more than this !!!

 

I used to send for everyone here with no response !

 

the product bought from your end in UK 

 

is it logic to call local support that near of my home in Dhahran !?

 

If there is not good news about the product 

 

so what about my money!
