Right ear bud hisses light an AM radio that's not tuned to a station

Thank you for taking the time to post - I'm sorry to see you're encountering static audio, but I'd be happy to advise.


I appreciate you taking the time to try troubleshooting so far, such as resetting the earbuds and also the Bluetooth of your mobile device. Does the hissing stay the same or does it get better/worse depending on the type of music you play, or if you re-adjust the bud in your ear?


What I'd recommend is to first try the other included ear tips to see if you're encountering feedback from the ANC feature as the buds aren't fitted completely securely. Also, try connecting your earbuds to a different device, to see if the hissing continues with this device.


Lastly, if you haven't already, update the product firmware and let me know if you notice any improvement after the troubleshooting!
