My bose head phones will not connect to the app and are not recognizable on bluetooth. I have followed the reset functions, deleted and reinstalled the app . I have tried other devices and nothing.
The right headphone does not come at all and the left just blinks white with no sound.
I was able to plug to the PC and perform a firmware update, but there is still no response.
ON the Bose site they offered to replace my headphones for 129.00!!!!!! Really with a known issue you want me to pay for another pair. What customer service BOSE. I own a considerable amount of BOSE products and if this is how they stand behind their products it will be the last.
