Model A11 1C
I don't see a 4 digit code and I couldn't figure out how to attach an image to this message or I would have shared it.
I don't have a charging case.

Your serial number will be the one on the end of the tube and will be something like 8GLK.
I would not recommend posting this publicly, but providing your local support with it instead.

There is not a number on the tube and I can't get to local support without it. Further, it should be easier to attach or send an image.
As a loyal Bose customer (surround sound, several versions of quiet comfort head phones, wired earbuds, wireless earbuds and a couple of Bluetooth speakers, I am shocked and disappointed that your product failed and that it is this difficult to start a conversation about potential solutions.
No more Bose products in my future.
I am sorry you cannot locate the serial number. You are able to attach an image by clicking on the photo icon above the reply box where you can change the font and formatting of the message.
I will send an image of what you should be seeing, and if you do not see this, please let me know so we can find another way forward.

The photo uploader only works on the desktop website; not the mobile site; specifically android
