Please deal with our concerns

There have been multiple threads posted on the SoundTouch section of the forum. Many users are very angry with the switch from vTuner to TuneIn. I don't think I'm alone in saying I'm very disappointed with the response from the Bose moderators on here. We just get fobbed off and told things like "we're supporting SoundTouch for the foreseeable future" or "TuneIn is a better service" (it isn't).

Why aren't our issues being addressed? These are expensive products, hiding behind generic, meaningless statements is not a good enough response IMHO.
