Unable to log in using iOS devices.

I have not been able to log into the Forum using my iPad. Logging in using my iMac works fine. 2 days.

I'm sorry to hear that. Which browser are you using? Safari? Do you have Chrome or Firefox that you could try and see if the same thing happens? Have you tried rebooting the iPad? Which iOS version is it running? Which version of iPad are you using? Please let us know!

yes, still doesnt work.

 

Which iOS version is it running?

iOS 11.2.5 and the one before it.

 

Which version of iPad are you using?

iPad Pro 10.5 v2

 

 

The problem slowly started to creep in a few weeks ago using iOS 11.2.4 and persists with 11.2.5. I see others are experincing the same problems.

Update:

Now only able to log in using iPhone and Mac. Can’t log in using iPad Pro

There was some site maintenance taking place this weekend. Can you try again today and see if it's back to normal?

Hi Brent

After getting your message I checked and was still unable to log in using my iPad Pro.

IPhone and iMac worked fine. After clearing the cache and relaunching Safari Imwas able to log in.
