In the FAQs it states that when on a call the call audio will be heard in the right earbud.  Will the ability to hear call audio in both earbuds be a feature in the future either by software update or a 2nd gen?

Just got my headphone and im noticing a lag between video and audio from my phone to my headphones. Is there a fix for this?

I've had mine for 3 days. Bluetooth connection is not very reliable, I am experiencing 1-2 seconds disconnects on the left headphone when I move my head towards the left. This is very annoying if you factor in the $250 I paid for these.

I've had mine 3 days and I'm ready to set them on fire! Lol They have it's days. Yesterday wasn't so bad at the gym. Lost left ear bud 4 or 5 times.. But today was notorious!! The left ear bud would come on for a second or 2 then lose it again for minutes then gain connection again then bam there it went. I just had to put them up and not use them. They REALLY annoyed me today... So tomorrow they go back to best best buy! I'm done trying.

Hey @xspottyx and @anandaditi thank you for the questions. It will come with an Auto-Off setting that can be adjusted through the Bose Connect App.

Thank you!

Earbuds don’t connect easily with Peloton and there’s a sync issue so they are effectively useless. Need some tech support.

Hey I'm thinking about buying one of these for me! But I have a doubt... the quality is the same as this one: https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/headphones/earphones/soundsport-wireless/buy.html#EcommerceArea&...

I can see the new one has no wires, that's better, but way more expensive!!

Thx!

Bought a set for the wife and I and immmediately has drop out issues with the left buds on both pairs. Firmware all up to date. Took them back to the store where they said that they may have been part of a bad batch issued. They replaced with 2 new units off the shelf but hey presto, exact ame issues with the new sets. These will be going straight back to the shop and I will be going to buy some Beats. Not the preference but until Bose get their crap together it’s the only option

Can you clarify what you mean by versions of QC35 II?

Hello - i'm wondering if it's possible to connect these 4 items.  I've tried lots of configuration, but can't seem to make it work:

Samsung TV

Samsung Soundbar (BT, Optical, HDMI, Aux capability)

Bose Soundtouch Wireless Link Adapter

Bose Soundtouch 10 wireless speakers - 2 of them

can someone tell me the flow of how this can/should be connected?  I've got the soundbar connected to the TV thru HDMI i'm adding the bose products after that. I'm not sure what to do with the bose products to make my new wireless speakers work.  I've downloaded the app, i'm able to see the bose products in the app, but i can't get sound from them from the TV.  maybe my sequence is off in where each device is supposed to be connected.

Hello thomaskingiii!

Thanks for posting in the community!

This can be a little tricky for the setup, as this will require an analog output from either the TV or the soundbar.  This would be a 3.5mm stereo cable that would then connect to the input of the SoundTouch Wireless Link adapter.  Once we have this connection, in the SoundTouch app, scroll to the SoundTouch Wireless link adapter.  Select AUX under the picture of the speaker,  and then select the speakers below to add to the group.
