BIG TROUBLES WITH THE SOUND LINK MINI 2

Hello guys 

I`m really sad , because i bought this new speaker and now it doesnt work 

Ok i watch all the videos and i read all the things in internet AND NOTHING

 

The problem is that the speaker doesnt charge and when i put in my mac it dont reconize

 And the only light that it shows its a kind yellow-white for 2 seconds 

 

So what can i do ? Just leaving with ac adapter all night ? or there is some tricks whith the bottoms ?

( I ALL READY DID THE MULTIFUNCIONAL BOTON FOR 10 SECONDS LOOK AT THE VIDEO)

PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEE

Mi speaker doesn't charge and when I put with the USB a fast white light appears but nothing really pass Is the same when I put in te computer NOTHING HELP ME GUYS PLEASE I'M SO DISAPPOINTED ABOUT NOSE ONLY ONE WEEK AND NOW I HAVE PROBLEMS

Hi Hernan,

There are a few of us having the same problem. Go to this link on this site and post there so Bose can see the scale of the issue.
