Batteries

Can the Soundlink II speakers be plugged in 24/7 without ruining or hurting the batteries?

Hi Loaper,

Thank for posting. That's a great question. Yes, you can leave the speaker plugged in when not in use. It wouldn't damage the battery.

Re: Batteries

I use my Soundlink Mini 2 to stream Xfinity channels from my iphone 7+ on my cardio workouts.  When I am not using it, I leave it in charging in the cradle. I believe I have had it for over a year.  So when I am not using it, it's charging and I have not personally had any problems with the unit.

Re: Batteries

Most of the time, my speakers will sit in the same place so leaving them plugged into the charger is convenient.

Thanks for the response Tony,

Re: Batteries

Thanks Joel - I'm going to keep mine on their chargers too.
