Bose Revolve pair/stereo mode Bluetooth connection problems

Just bought a pair of revolves and I have had nothing but problems with the sound cutting out in pair or stereo mode. Even with setting the speakers and phone with a few feet of each other still get the same problem. When connecting other Bluetooth speakers I’ve never experienced the same problem and I can even separate over 50 feet away and it works perfectly, indoors or outdoors. Sounds like everybody has issues with connectivity to some degree or another. Why don’t I have issues with all of my other Bluetooth devices that aren’t Bose? About to return this crap.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community. I am very sorry to hear that you are having these connection issues with your Revolves, however I would love to help.


 I would highly recommend ensuring that your speaker is running the latest software via Btu.bose.com 


I would also recommend ensuring that the speakers are not named the same in the Connect App as this can cause intermittency.
