Bose Soundlink Color 2

So I have a color 2 and it will connect to my iphone and play music fine but for some reason when i connect it to my computer it will connect and wont play and then soon after it will disconnect. I have tried all the reset options from bose and it straight up wont work tried restarting my computer too. When i connect and open sound preferences the bose speaker won't appear in output or input so i'm furstrated and cannot fix it.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your SoundLink Color II and that it will not respond to your computer.


Would you please be able to tell me what computer you are trying to connect your speaker too? Also have you ever been able to successfully connect the speaker to this computer and it play fine?


I would love to get this resolved for you.
