What you'll have to do is reach out to customer support here, just select your country and scroll down to where you see "contact us". Support will be able to set up that exchange/repair for you. Unfortunately, there has been a mix up. Any damage or issue caused by a fall of your product would be classified as accidental damage, and would therefore not be covered by our warranty.
