Bose Soundlink Revolve

So it happens that my little cousin trew my bose revolve from like 1 meter and to the next day the speaker started rattling with heavy bass music and distorting sound, my question is: Will the warranty work if the device has some scratches of the fall caused by my cousin and if someone has the same problem?

Thank you for posting to the community!  Yes, your warranty will absolutely cover that damage.  What you'll have to do is reach out to customer support here, just select your country and scroll down to where you see "contact us".  Support will be able to set up that exchange/repair for you.  Let me know how it goes?

I called a Bose technician and he told me that the warranty didnt cover drops so Im in doubt

Unfortunately, there has been a mix up. Any damage or issue caused by a fall of your product would be classified as accidental damage, and would therefore not be covered by our warranty.
