I am very sorry to hear that you are getting no sound from your SoundLink Color, but I would love to try and get this resolved for you.
Have you tried connecting your speaker to another Bluetooth device? Does this also provide no audio? Have you also tried using a wired connection?
May I also ask what device you commonly connect your speaker to? Please be sure that the volume of your device is turned up and not muted.
