Bose soundlink color not charging

I have a Soundlink color that will not charge. I believe it is the charging port (micro usb). What are my options Bose? Please help

Hey Ryan!

 

Welcome to the community, my friend!  Thanks for reaching out.  I have a rest procedure that I'd like you to try out whenever you get a chance:

 

  1. Connect the speaker to power
  2. Press and hold the Play/Pause button for at least 15 seconds
  3. While continuing to hold Play/Pause, unplug from power
  4. Release Play/Pause

I am having the same trouble. I tried plugging it in and holding down the play/pause button, then releasing, but it did not help. My device doesn't turn on or make any noise. It does nothing when the power button is pushed or a charger is plugged in. Any other recommendations?
