About 2 weeks ago I started having intermittant connection issues from all devices to our Revolve+. Finally today it would seemingly connect to some (iphones and windows PC) but would not play at all. Finally went here, Bose site, and found firmware needs updated (had to b/c could not connect to Bose+ app). Now, during firmware update (tried 4 times)... with the speaker connected via micro USB... it simply disconnects and the firmware update fails.
I'm completely stuck here. Will not play. Will not stay connected and update.
