The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Problem with bluetooth, Macbook Air and Netflix

Hi. I have a Bose Soundlink Revolve+ and the bluetooth connection is missing with my MacBook Air since I've tried to connect them while watching Netflix. The connection with the computer last like 5 seconds and automatically disconnects. I've tried with the app as well. And with the auxiliar audio happens something similar, because the audio stops working some minutes after. Any answers will be well receive.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your SoundLink Revolve+. I'd be happy to help you.

 

I would first recommend trying the following: 

  • From your keyboard press (Shift + Option/alt keys and click on the Bluetooth icon at top Mac’s menu bar)
  • On the Bluetooth menu, you'll see 'Debug' hover over that. 
  • Then click 'Reset the Bluetooth module'
