Revolve Not Charging

Got the Revolve in October and had been working fine. I was leaving it plugged in and then thought it would be good to allow it to drain and then recharge. I did that 2-3 times before today, when the charge light won't come on and I am assuming it isn't charging.

 

I have tried different cables and different chargers but still no charging light or charging. What can I do?

 

One thing I noticed is that it doesn't seem that the cable is going into the Revolve as far as it should go. I have jiggled, pushed harder, etc. but it won't go any further. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to see your Revolve is no longer charging, even after trying multiple cables.
