S1 Pro can't connect Bose Connect App

Hi Admin,


I have 2 S1 Pro with battery inside. I connected S1 Pro with my iphone and when I open Bose Connect App, I saw S1 Pro speaker. but App can't auto connect it, I drag to connect S1 Pro but I still can't. Please, help me.

Hello Huan,


Lets try clearing the paired Bluetooth devices list and see if that helps. 


To clear the speaker's memory of previously paired Bluetooth devices:

  1. Turn the speaker on
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for about 10 seconds. (Note: The Bluetooth button will be either lit [connected] or flashing [trying to connect]. After holding the button for 10 seconds, the light turns off briefly to confirm the device list is cleared.)
  3.  Remove the S1 from your phone's Bluetooth device list
  4. Pair and test for function
