Notice

The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry if you were misinformed, it is not possible to connect the SoundLink Mini to your S1 in party mode through the Bose Connect app. The SoundLink Mini is not compatible with the app.

If you want to look into our speakers which use Party or Stereo mode, the compatible speakers are: The SoundLink Micro, SoundLink Color II, The SoundLink Revolve and the SoundLink Revolve+

If you have any further questions, do let us know.

Re: SoundLink Mini not recognized by Bose Connect App?

@david.kayActually there is a wired solution even though there is no 'bluetooth' solution.  You can go to ebay and by a 'splitter'.  You plug the splitter into the stereo mini jack and then plug two cables into the other two end of the splitter and you wil hear the same thing on both speakers.  Some splitters (be careful which one you choose) will do a 'stereo split' put one channel on on split end the other channel on the other split end so you get left and right stereo split.  Most splitters will NOT.  If that is what you want, you need to be careful and read the descriptions.
