I have been a big Bose product owner, for years. Currently own 5 products and even bought a car bc of the Bose sound system. Anyway, one of my SoundLinks unexpectedly won't play without constantly skipping and won't hold a charge for but a few minutes. I gave customer service a call and was told that they couldn't fix or replace it. Quite disappointed in how they handled this, after being such a loyal customer...Let's see if Sony will treat their customers better.
