Soundlink Color II will not power up or charge

I've tried to test the charger and cord with other devices and both seem to work.  Tried resetting by holding the power button down for 10 seconds.  Nothing.  Tried holding down the multi-function button for 10 sec and doing the unplugging/plugging thing.  Nothing.  Are there any other suggestions?  If not, where could I send it back to?

Hello,

 

I purchased a Bose Soundlink Color yesterday.

First of all: there is a wall charger in it that does not correspond to our system here in Belgium and most of Europe....

 

It worked until the battery died, charging never worked.

When connected via USB to my laptop (no USB slot issue!), it does only respond for a brief moment indicating that battery is down.

But it does not charge.

When connecting via usb to different wall charger, it does not work either.

 

Seems broken!
