Soundlink color 2 volume buttons dont work

Did  all the trouble shooting. I put it on my phone. When it is on phone they buttons are great. When putting on my brand new HP $1600.00 all in one computer. Can only adjust volume on computer. The Bose 11 is brand new too.

This is normal operation with the product since your mobile device uses the AVRCP protocol which allows the device to make changes like volume and next song/previous song.  The PC most likely utilizes the A2DP profile which allows stereo music streaming.  This would require you to adjust the volume at the computer and the speaker.  My best recommendation is to the leave the computer at roughly 80-90 percent volume and then to use the buttons to fine tune the volume on the speaker.
