Soundlink mini II

I have bose soundlink mini II. While listening on bluetooth it will go to auxiliary automatic.  I have reboot speaker by holding pause button till power and bluetooth flash. Deleated bluetooth list. Power on and off. Will work for hours or 30 seconds. I have not found anything that fixes it. Even updated it.

Re: Soundlink mini II

Hello Travis,

Thank you for reaching out via the Bose Community. Welcome to the site.

I'm sorry to hear your SoundLink Mini II speaker has begun to automatically jump from Bluetooth to Auxiliary mode. This certainly shouldn't be happening. If you haven't already, please check to ensure:

- There is nothing inserted into the AUX port, including any dust/debris.

- Reset the speaker by holding the Power button for around 10 seconds.

- Clear your paired device list on the speaker and re-pair to your media device.

- Update your speaker's firmware.

If the issue persists, please reach out to local support here.

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply, and to the rest of the Community, if you are having similar issues, please feel free to try the above troubleshooting, and feel free to join in the discussion.

Kind regards,
