I have (2) two Bose S1 Pro’s and (1) Electro-Voice ELX200-12SP 12-in Powered Subwoofer . I wish I had the money for the Bose Sub, but this is the best I can do for now. Anyway, The Sub does NOT have an active pass-through. That is, it does not filter out the lows going to the tops. The input and output are hardwired internally to be in Parallel. That being the case, which setting is the best match for the S1’s?
The S1 Pro is capable of reproducing frequencies 70 Hz - 16 kHz (+/-3 dB), so any one of the options you listed would be suitable.
Hope this helps!

I also have the EV ELX200 and a Sub1. I wouldn't be in a rush replacing the EV. It actually outperforms the Sub1 plus it has Bluetooth control. I set mine at 100Hz and seems to be a good match. 120Hz might be better because the S1Pro is such a small speaker, I don't really hear a difference.
