Blew a circuit board (?) in our new Bose F1 Model 812 Flexible Array Loudspeaker

Last night one of our guitar players hit a chord on his mic'd amp and it made our stage left FOH 812 Array snap and go silent.  I could smell electrical smoke.  The unit still was on. It powers on but no sound.  I don't understand.... we don't play loud and run the volume in the green ( The lighted monitor meter light) Have the volume level tuned to straight up 12:O'clock, which should be only half the power of the speaker.

Any body have that experience in the past? Terrified we are gonna get rapped on a new circuit board replacement. We've only had it about 12 months and it's our third gig with rig.

Curious to hear what you guys might know.....

Thanks,

Jeff
