What BT version does the Bose support?  4.0, 4.1, or 4.2?  Does it support APTX?

S1 Pro system

Bluetooth version 4.0. No aptX.

FINALLY.

Google Play "simmered" long enough to deliver Bose Connect 6.1 to my phone.

Now to try it out.

Not totally on topic, but is there a link to a Bose site that lists what features were added to a given firmware version for the S1 (or the L1 Model II)? This would be helpful to know to determine whether to bother doing an update.

It works.

It will be nice to play between the sets music in stereo...

I won't even ask how to switch which Pro is on which side of the stereo field...  It appears that the first one connected is going to be "left"?

The first S1 Pro system you connect to your device will be LEFT when you switch to Stereo mode.

Re: Bose Connect App version 6.1.0 is available now for the S1 Pro system (May 31, 2018)

Hi Everyone,

NOTE: Please ensure that your S1 Pro System is fully charged and connected to AC power when you do the firmware update.

If the battery is low (even if plugged into AC power) the firmware will not be applied.
