Bose Connect not Connecting 2 S1 Pros...iPhone 7

I have updated the Firmware. 

I confirmed both S1s are connected via Bluetooth. Played music through each speaker individually. 

No matter what I try Bose Connect does not connect to either speaker. 

I call Bose support. 

They could not figure it out either.


Anyone else have a similar issue that they resolved?

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear you're having this problem.

What device are you using the Bose Connect app on? Have you also tried it with a different mobile device?
