Bose T1 - faulty channel?

Hi, my T1 channel 2 is not broadcasting a clear sound (vocal / mic) and as you speak / sing it is cutting in and out intermittently (like a stutter), is this a problem that can be fixed?
Suggestions appreciated in advance.

Re: Bose T1 - faulty channel?

Hello Maurice64,

Welcome to the forum! There could be a couple of things that could cause this. I would first try multiple sources and multiple cables to see if the issue is with the channel or the mic/cable being used. I would also Mute all fx on that channel to see if the the problem is from an effect set wrong.

Hope this gets you in the right direction. Please feel free to call our technical support line.

Re: Bose T1 - faulty channel?

Thanks Julio, as it turns out a received a message about kick gates and other settings that may have been causing the problem, I restored the mixer to Factory Default settings and it resolved the issue for which I am very grateful!
