I’m having trouble getting in touch with BOSE pro customer service.
When I’ve called 1.877.335.2673 several times, the message states the hours, and I’m calling within those hours (EST) but it says they’re closed. And another time I was on hold too long and had to hang up. (BOSE you might want to update your message with accurate hours!)
I desperately need to order a new plastic piece for the top part of the bottom column of my L1 model 2. It’s cracked and actively crumbling. Does anyone have a direct number?
