Developed a problem - shutting down when plugged in

My S1 is not working when plugged in.  It will work on battery.  When plugged in, it will go on for a few seconds or maybe a minute or two then just shut down - power light goes out too.. tried it many times.  It WILL work on battery and the battery seems to charge between sets

  This only started yesterday at my gig and brought it again today hoping it was a fluke.   Still shuts down and can't be used plugged in.  I'm pretty sure I saw the input light go to a steady amber with no signal going into the respective channel

If that doesn't help, you'll need to call Bose Support.

I thought that for sure would work, but it didn't.  I reset a second time and thought it was working but after a half hr it started shutting off.  Every few minutes it would spring back to life.  This was while plugged in and also when on battery.  Now I gotta find my receipt ... Less than a yr old for sure

More a bummer is I've only used it may a dozen times max

I'm sorry the S1 Pro has let you down.

The unit will still be under warranty. Bose can likely trace what they need to know from the serial number.  Please give them a call.
