Fail in S1 Pro Multi-position PA system

My S1 Pro has a solid red light, even when plugged in.   When I unplug the unit from power and the switch is in the off position, the light stays red for about 15 secs

The solid red light only on the back beside the power switch and I reset the system fallow:

  1. Turn off the S1 Pro System
  2. Disconnect everything (audio, USB connections, Power)
  3. Remove the battery 
  4. Wait 30 seconds
  5. Reinstall the battery
  6. Reconnect (audio, USB, Power)
  7. Turn on the power

I reconnect the battery and turn on, just only seconds blue light and come back again solid red light (fail)

I'm sorry your S1 Pro system has failed.  From what you've told us, the unit will have go be serviced by Bose.

Please follow this link. Bose Support (Bolivia)

and enter the serial number from the bottom of the unit.
