Thank you. I did have the instructions for a factory reset. My question was, do you recommend a factory reset to complete the firmware update? Thanks!

Hi Songcatcher,

I'm sorry - I missed the meaning in your question.

Yes - do the factory reset.

Have you created any Scenes? If so, then make sure you back them up first. The factory reset will overwrite them with the original factory settings.

3 Shows in and have been experimenting with songs I could not previously perform due to reverb limitations and the update has released to me a group of songs I previously would not perform.

Well done BOSE - now thinking of selling the effects pedal I bought to cover the previous inadequacy.

The problem is Bose has not addressed this app, and it's not usable

 

The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.
