I guess I'm losing my mind. When I set up my 3 Bose L1 Model 1 systems a few weeks ago for a gig, I accidentally plugged guitar inputs into the AUX OUT jacks instead of the input jacks on my T1 engines (all 3). Now, each T1 has a channel that doesn't work at all. All other channels function correctly. Can this be fixed? Will it be so expensive that I'd be better off buying new T1s ?
Thanks,
Jay Hunt
Hello, Jay.
I'm sorry you've lost a channel on all three T1 ToneMatch audio engines. Connecting a guitar to the Aux Output or one of the Preamp Outputs should not damage a channel.
Please call Bose Support to get some help diagnosing the problem and to find out about service options.

Thanks!
As a follow-up, I had a chance to set up all of the systems and check everything out. I was wrong in my initial assessment, which was my impression during the gig. There is a problem with only the number 2 channel on one of my Tonematch engines, the others are fine. I'll call support as soon as I get a chance.
