The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

Re: Ideal Vocal

Hi, Mahen.

Thanks for all the information. That was helpful.

Connect a microphone to T1 Channel 1.

1. Gain Staging

Follow the steps in the video below.

2. Load the Singer Songwriter Scene

To load a scene:
1.    Select Scenes with the T1 rotary selector.
2.    Rotate the Load button clockwise to scroll through the scenes list and highlight Singer Songwriter.
3.    Press the Select button to select the scene.
Note: The display returns to the Scenes screen if you do not press the Select or Cancel button within 15 seconds.
No change is made and the currently loaded scene appears on the screen.
4.    If you pressed Select, the question “Are you sure?” is displayed. Press the Yes button to load the scene, or press the No button to exit and leave the scene setting unchanged.

3. Set the ToneMatch Preset

  1. Press the CH Edit button for channel 1
  2. Turn the Rotary Selector to ToneMatch
  3. Rotate the Category button to scroll through the categories and highlight Vocal Mics
  4. Press the Category button to select the category
  5. Rotate the Preset button to scroll through the Presets and highlight Shure SM58
  6. Press the Preset button to select the Preset

Connect a microphone to T1 Channel 2

  1. Using the Trim control for Channel 2, repeat the gain staging (step 1 above).
  2. Press the CH Edit button for channel 2
  3. Turn the Rotary Selector to ToneMatch
  4. Rotate the Category button to scroll through the categories and highlight Vocal Mics
  5. Press the Category button to select the category
  6. Rotate the Preset button to scroll through the Presets and highlight Shure SM58
  7. Press the Preset button to select the Preset

How does that sound?
