L1 Model 11 Power Stand - light but no sound when first switched on

Bose product name L1 Model 11 Power Stand

Country UK

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

When the Power stand is first switched on, the light comes on but there is no sound coming through.  If I switch if off and then on again, there is sound.  It does this consistently, every time its switched on.  It's also noticeable that the LED is a bit dimmer than the other Power stand I have, not sure if this is relevant though.

Has anyone else ever had these symptoms ?  The stand still works OK but I'm a bit worried it may one day decide not to switch on at all!   Any feedback gratefully received

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

It's been doing this for some time now

Additional gear used (e.g. instruments, mics, FX pedals, etc.)
Used with Yamaha mixer

Where did you experience the issue? (e.g. home, bar, performance hall, etc.)

Any troubleshooting steps you took

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on? (Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

App Version

Firmware Version

Hi Tim,

Welcome to the forum! Thanks for joining us, sorry to see you're having an issue with the L1.

Have you had a chance to test the system in the past couple of days? And is the issue still apparent?

I think it's worth contacting the Bose support team directly to discuss this issue in more detail with a technical advisor. The team can be reached here.

Hope this helps!
