L1 Model II Power Stand - analog input blown

This is one of the most embarrassing things that I've ever done...had a bar gig where we had to use a lift from the alley to get our gear up to the venue but the staff wasn't ready so we ended up short on time to set up. I'd been using my system as a bass amp and to mic the kick (T1) at smaller venues. The stage space was awfully cramped so our guitarist (who brought his PA) asked to run the monitor out from his powered mixer into my tower to save space since there was no room for wedges. Cramped space...short on time...gear crammed back against the wall under bar lighting...terrible derp moment as I ran the monitor out into my line in on the power stand-- from the powered monitor out instead of the passive monitor out.

Anyway, I have no idea what specifically was damaged from it but I do know that my power stand needs repairs. Please let me know what I need to do and what it's gonna cost me.

Re: L1 Model II Power Stand - analog input blown

Hi Ike,

Sorry for the trouble!  We've all been there - short on time, mounting pressure.. and suddenly we just did something we wouldn't have if we had had the time to think.

Please give us a call at 877-335-2673.  We'll take the serial number and determine what the options are.  We set up the repairs by phone and email a shipping label that you can use to send the product to our repair facility in Indiana.  A repair typically take 3 weeks from the time you ship it until it is returned to you.
