I was updating my Model II firmware for the new B2 the update stopped, and now I get no sound at all from my L1, the ToneMatch is hooked up and working and receiving a signal, but nothing is coming through to the L1, I hooked up a signal directly to the analog in on the base and nothing, The toneMatch shows the L1 as "NOT CONNECTED" Please help
Sorry to hear you are having problems. It is clear that the disruption during the update process has caused some problems. Unfortunately, it seems likely repair will be necessary. The only other step I can recommend would be attempting to re-load the software update.
