Model L1S adding subs

I have a new Model L1S with a T1 ToneMatch and have purchased a B2 and B1 sub, with a Packlite amp. How do I connect the two subs.

Hi, Dr. Maddox.

Welcome to the Bose Portable PA Community.

Congratulations on getting your new L1 Model 1S.

How do I connect the two subs.

Unfortunately, the L1 Model 1S does not support bass expansion with the A1 PackLite amp and another bass module.

However, if you could add the A1 PackLite and B1 bass module, you would likely not notice much difference because the B2 can run much louder than the B1 anyway.

You don't need the A1 PackLite and B1 bass module. Can you return them?

To run two B2 bass modules with one L1 power stand, then you need an L1 Model II with a B2, plus an A1 PackLite Amp with another B2.

How will you be using your L1 system?

Hi, Dr. Maddox.

We were typing at the same time. I added some more information about running two B2 bass modules to my post above.

Re: Model L1S adding subs

I’ve got the L1S with both subs. I use either one depending on the need. Maybe just sell or trade in the Packlite?

Thanks for the information.

Unless you're playing backing tracks or using some kind of heavy percussion, you won't need more bass than you can get with the B2 (alone).

As rogueacoustic said:

You can take whichever bass module suits the gig (B1 for smaller shows, B2 for bigger ones).

Note: Do NOT connect the B1 and B2 together and then connect to the power stand. The L1 Model 1S can reliably run up to two B1s or a single B2.

Unfortunately, there's no application for the A1 Packlite with your setup.
