My Bose Compact sent in for repair

Hi All Bose Users.

This is not the first time this has happened to me and it continues to 'impress". I received an Email from Bose Repair stating that my Bose Compact was received by Bose Repair on Jan 14, 2015. On Jan 15, 2015, I get another Email from Bose Repair saying that my unit has been repaired and has been "shipped back to me" !!! I just got it delivered VIA UPS at 2PM Monday Jan 19, 2015!!

Talk about a "Sense of Urgency"!! WOW!! Bose certainly understands how important their systems are to the livelihood of the working Artist!!!

Way to go BOSE REPAIR!!!

Sorry to hear that you had to send the Compact in for repair, but it's great to know that they took good care of you.

Hi ALL

Bose does not tell you what was wrong with your unit when they send it back repaired. All I can say is that I think they put a little Model2 inside of my Conmpact it sounds sooooooo good!
